摘要
目的由于店铺数量及货物种类日益增多,配送过程中所消耗的成本也随之上涨。为此,研究网格化城市联合配送区域智能划分方法。方法分析了配电网的特点,构建了多中心、多层次的配电网,选择了最优的配电路径,采用了网格化的配电方式,实现了联合配电区的智能划分。通过控制实验验证了该方法在实际应用中的效果。分别在随机分布情景、正态分布情景和伽马分布情景下对该方法的分配成本进行了检验。结果实验结果表明,所提出的网格城市联合配送区域智能划分方法能够在不同的配送场景下将配送成本降到最小,且店铺数量和商品种类越多,成本节约效果越明显。结论实现网格化城市联合配送区域智能划分。
Objective Due to the increasing number of shops and types of goods,the cost in the process of distribution is also rising.The intelligent division method of grid city joint distribution area was studied.Methods The characteristics of distribution network were analyzed.A multi-center and multi-level distribution network was constructed.The optimal distribution path was selected.The grid distribution mode was adopted to realize the intelligent division of joint distribution area.The control experiment verified the effect of the method in practical application.The allocation cost of this method was tested under random distribution scenario,normal distribution scenario and gamma distribution scenario.Results The experimental results showed that the proposed method could reduce the distribution cost to the minimum under different distribution scenarios,and the bigger the number of stores and the types of goods,the more obvious the cost saving effect.Conclusion This method realizes the intelligent division of grid city joint distribution area.
