摘要
云南电网与南方电网主网异步运行后,原频率质量评价指标和评价标准无法较好地评价云南电网。为解决这一问题,在分析南方电网现行频率评价指标的基础上,基于频率波动性提出新的异步电网频率调控评价指标——频率误差指标和频率波动指标,用于精细化衡量给定时段内电网频率波动的幅值误差和频繁程度,根据实际频率调控情况,提出适合异步电网的频率评价方法。通过数理统计的方法,分析得到这2个指标不存在相关性。实例分析结果表明,基于这2个指标构建的频率调控评价方法能更好地评价云南异步电网频率,为制订合理的频率调控策略提供依据。
After Yunnan power grid and the main grid of China Southern Power Grid(CSG)operating asynchronously,the original frequency quality evaluation indicators and standards can't evaluate Yunnan power grid well.To solve this problem,this paper analyzes the current frequency evaluation indicators of CSG and proposes new evaluation indicators including frequency error index and frequency fluctuation index for the frequency of the asynchronous power grid based on frequency fluctuation,which is used to finely measure the amplitude errors and frequency of grid frequency fluctuations in a given period of time.According to the actual frequency control situation,it also proposes a frequency evaluation method suitable for the asynchronous power grids.By using the method of mathematical statistics,the paper points out there is no correlation between these two indicators.The example analysis result indicates that the frequency control evaluation method constructed based on these two indicators can better evaluate the frequency of Yunnan asynchronous power grid and provide a new basis for formulating more reasonable frequency control strategies.
