摘要 为提高含高比例可再生能源的独立微电网适应源荷不确定性的能力,需对多类灵活性资源进行优化配置,为此提出一种独立微电网多类灵活性资源优化配置方法。首先,依据源荷不确定性概率模型生成随机场景,将净负荷场景功率特征分析和概率统计方法与模糊聚类法相结合,划分负荷响应的峰、平、谷时段。接着,构建灵活性资源配置的双层优化模型,其上层目标为最大化经济效益,下层目标为最小化运行风险,并采用模式搜索算法和CPLEX求解双层优化模型。仿真结果表明采用本文所提出的负荷响应时段划分方法能更好地平抑独立微电网功率波动降低容量配置成本,且提出的优化方法相较传统基于罚函数的优化方法能提高灵活性资源配置的经济效益。 In order to improve the ability of an isolated micro-grid with a high proportion of renewable energy to adapt to source-load uncertainty,it is required to optimize the configuration of multiple types of flexible resources.Therefore,this paper proposes an optimal allocation method of multiple types of flexible resources in the isolated micro-grids.Firstly,stochastic scenarios are generated based on the source-load uncertainty probability model,and the peak,flat and trough periods of load response are divided using the method of combining the power feature analysis,probability statistics and fuzzy clustering method of the net load scenarios.Secondly,a double-layer optimization model of flexible resource configuration is constructed,of which the upper objective is to maximize economic benefits and the lower objective is to minimize operation risks.The two-layer optimization model is solved by using the pattern search algorithm and CPLEX.The simulation results show that the proposed time division method of load response can better suppress the power fluctuation in the isolated micro-grid and improve the economic benefits of flexible resource allocation.
