摘要 通过对技术协议和相关标准的梳理,并结合制造厂的实际情况,筛选出对天然气站场用高压超声计量撬设备质量有重大影响的关键过程,作为监造质量关键控制点,并将关键控制点的检查过程前移,在工厂能力审查、技术文件审查、原材料、外购件的入厂检查过程中采取措施,提前发现质量问题,采取有效措施避免质量风险的产生,提升监造服务质量. By combing the technical agreement and related standards,and combined with the actual situation of factory,to filtered out the key process which have a great influence to the quality control of the high-pressure skidmounted ultrasonic metering system,and control it as the important supervision pointChecking the relevant inspection procedures of the key process in advance,take measures to find out the problems during the plant capacity audit/technical document review/Incoming inspection process of raw materials,in order to detect quality problems in advance,take effective measures to avoid quality risks,and improve the quality of supervision service.
