Promoting Effect of Equipment Supervision on Rail Transit Vehicle Lifting

在城市轨道交通领域,大部分车辆监理项目包含车辆咨询和车辆监造两部分内容,涵盖了编制用户需求书、合同谈判、设计联络、设计审查、首件鉴定、生产监造、型式试验、出厂验收、到段调试、故障分析等车辆建设及运营的全过程.因此,车辆监理工作可以将车辆咨询和车辆监造有机地结合起来,本文从促进车辆制造单位工艺提升、促进车辆性能提升、促进生产现场管理提升三个角度,举例阐述设备监理对轨道交通车辆提升的促进作用.

In the field of urban rail transit,most vehicle supervision projects include vehicle consultation and vehicle manufacturing supervision,covering the whole process of vehicle construction and operation,such as preparation of user requirements,contract negotiation,design liaison,design review,first article identification,production supervision,type test,factory acceptance,depot commissioning,fault analysis,etc.Therefore,vehicle supervision can organically combine vehicle consultation with vehicle supervision.This paper illustrates the promotion of equipment supervision on the improvement of rail transit vehicles from three aspects:promoting the process improvement of vehicle manufacturers,promoting the improvement of vehicle performance,and promoting the improvement of production site management.
