Through introduction of the issues found and corresponding treatment process for the incoming inspection and re-inspection of raw material of pre-reformer during fabrication,general description was made for the inspector’s familiarity and skillful use of technical agreement,specification and relevant standards used for the fabrication and inspection for the pre-reformer,to show the importance of issues found and controlled in time of material inspection during fabrication at the manufacturer,and also exhibit the treatment process and method raised by the inspector for these similar issues.
