摘要 基于安全帽功能多样性的需求,提出了用于特种设备检测的多功能安全帽.设计了该多功能安全帽的主体结构及相应的功能模块.针对安全帽正常佩戴、受到竖直冲击以及跌落三种典型工况,采用有限元仿真的方法对其结构安全性开展研究,发现在遭受低于28 m所设计冲击块的冲击时,该安全帽可对人体头部提供较好防护作用;但当安全帽从约13 m高度跌落时,其结构可能会遭到破坏. Based on the requirements of the functional diversity of safety helmet,a multi-functional safety helmet for special equipment detection was designed.The main structure and corresponding functional modules of the multi-functional helmet were designed.Aiming at the three typical working conditions of the helmet,such as normal wearing,vertical impact and falling,the finite element simulation method was adopted to study the structural safety of the helmet.It was found that the helmet can provide good protection for the human head when subjected to the impact of the designed impact block less than 28 metres.But when the helmet fell from a height of about 13 metres,its structure would be damaged.
