内部检验是锅炉定期检验的种类之一,是保障锅炉安全生产、降低事故率的重要检验方法.为了提升锅炉检验质量,本文对渗透检测在锅炉内部检验中的运用展开分析和讨论.介绍了渗透检测的原理及特点,结合检验案例,说明渗透检测适用于工业锅炉检验,并给出了渗透检测操作中的注意事项.认为渗透检测在检验中的运用,是对工业锅炉内部检验方法的补充和提升.

The interior inspection is one of the types of regular inspection of boiler,which is an important method of to ensure the safety of boiler and reduce the accident rate.In order to improve the quality of boiler inspection,this paper analyzes and discusses the application of penetration testing in interior inspection.This paper introduces the principle and characteristics of penetration testing,combined with the test cases,it shows that penetration testing is suitable for the inspection of industrial boilers,and gives the precautions in the operation of penetration testing.It is considered that the application of penetration testing in the inspection is the supplement and promotion of the interior inspection method of industrial boilers.
