146份甘蓝型油菜种质芽期耐盐性筛选及评价 被引量:17

Screening and Evaluation of Salt Tolerance for 146 Brassica napus Germplasms at Germination Stage

摘要 利用6份甘蓝型油菜种质筛选出油菜芽期耐盐性鉴定的适宜浓度为230 mmol·L-1。以该浓度对146份甘蓝型油菜品系进行芽期耐盐性鉴定,测定发芽势、发芽率、根长、芽长等指标,通过相关性、主成分、隶属函数以及聚类分析对油菜种质资源进行耐盐性综合评价。结果表明:盐胁迫下,油菜的发芽势、发芽率、根长、芽长、相对芽长、相对根长相互之间成极显著正相关,而与相对盐害率呈极显著负相关;主成分分析将7个耐盐相关指标分为2个主成分,累计贡献率达91.6%;结合隶属函数分析和耐盐性综合评价,将146份甘蓝型油菜耐盐性分为4个等级,其中耐盐材料6份、中度耐盐材料11份、低耐盐材料64份和敏盐材料65份。这些材料将为甘蓝型油菜种质耐盐性评价和筛选提供参考。 In this study,six Brassica napus germplasms were used to identify the suitable concentration of salt stress at germination stage and 230 mmol·L-1 NaCl was determined as the optimum concentration.The germination vigor,germination rate,root length and bud length of 146 B.napus accessions were measured at germination stage.The comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance was carried out by correlation coefficient,principal component,subordinate function and clustering analysis.It was found that the germination vigor,germination rate,root length,bud length,relative bud length and relative root length were all positively correlated with each other under salt stress,but it was negatively correlated with the relative salt damage index;seven indexes related to salt tolerance were divided into two principal components by principal component analysis,with a total of 91.6%contribution rate;Combined with membership function analysis and the comprehensive evaluation of salt tolerance,146 B.napus accessions were clustered into four grades,including six salt tolerant,nine moderate tolerant,sixty four low tolerant and sixty five sensitive accessions.These results provide an important reference for salt tolerance evaluation in B.napus L..
