A Centenary and Basic Experience of the Learning and Education of the Chinese Communist Party History

党史学习教育,是中国共产党在革命、执政过程中形成的关于党史重要性认识并用之于教育实践的集中呈现。中国共产党将党史学习教育作为教育党员干部、团结人民群众、提升执政能力、加强党的建设的重要内容和手段。百年党史学习教育经历了四个阶段:民主革命时期是党史学习教育的初步成型期;新中国成立至改革开放是党史学习教育的全面展开期;改革开放至党的十八大是党史学习教育的深入推进期;党的十八大以来党史学习教育迈入新境界。党史学习教育在不断发展演进的过程中积累了丰富的经验,成为党史学习教育的共性原则与基本遵循,主要包括:坚持政治性与科学性相统一、知识性与价值性相统一、理论性与实践性相统一、继承性与创新性相统一、集中性与常规性相统一、研究性与普及性相统一。探究中国共产党党史学习教育的百年历程,总结其基本经验,对当前和今后党史学习教育的深入开展具有重要的价值和意义。

The study and education of party history is a concentrated presentation of the understanding of the importance of party history formed by the Communist Party of China in the process of revolution and governance and used in educational practices.The Communist Party of China regards the study and education of party history as an important content and means of educating party members and cadres,uniting the people,improving the ability of governance,and strengthening party building.A century of party history learning and education has gone through four stages:the democratic revolution period is the initial forming period of party history learning and education,the establishment of New China to the reform and opening up is the full development period of party history learning and education,and the reform and opening up to the 18th National Congress of the party is an in-depth advancement of history learning and education.And the party history learning and education has entered a new realm since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.Party history learning and education has accumulated rich experience in the process of continuous development and evolution,and has become the common principles and basic compliance of party history learning and education,including:insisting on the unity of politics and science,insisting on the unity of knowledge and value,insist on the unity of theory and practice,the unity of inheritance and innovation,the unity of concentration and routine,and the unity of research and popularization.Exploring the centenary history of the party history study and education of the Chinese Communist Party and summarizing its basic experience have important value and significance for the in-depth development of the party history study and education both at present and in the future.
