城乡融合背景下农村闲置住房盘活问题研究——以淄博市博山区为例

Study on the Revitalization of Rural Idle Housing Under the Background of Urban-rural Integration--Taking Boshan District,Zibo City as an Example

随着我国工业化和城市化的快速发展,农村住房闲置问题愈发突出,农村土地资源和住房资源浪费严重,已成为当前农村地区亟待解决的问题。城乡二元结构是现状,城乡融合发展是趋势,盘活农村闲置住房,实现农村土地资源要素的合理利用是逐步实现城乡融合的重要内容。基于城乡融合发展的背景,该文以山东省淄博市博山区为例,分析了淄博市博山区农村地区住房闲置现状以及闲置原因,并提出了盘活农村地区闲置住房的对策建议。

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization in China,the problem of rural housing idle is becoming more and more prominent,and the waste of rural land resources and housing resources is serious,which has become an urgent problem to be solved in the current rural areas.The urban-rural dual structure is the current situation,and the urban-rural integrated development is the trend.The revitalization of rural idle housing and the rational utilization of rural land resources are important contents for the gradual realization of urban-rural integration.Based on the background of urban-rural integrated development,this paper takes Boshan District,Zibo City,Shandong Province as an example,objectively analyzes the status quo and reasons of idle housing in rural areas of Boshan District,Zibo City,and puts forward suggestions and countermeasures for revitalizing idle housing in rural areas.
