摘要
成果导向教育理念缘于“以学生为中心”理念的范式革命,打破逻辑实证主义在知识认知领域的桎梏,借助认知心理学以及脑科学的发展和完善,用建构主义原理揭示知识获取和学生成长的正确的可行性路径。“成果”一词系指特定阶段的学生在一个学习期间后知识、技能、素养的外在表现,其实施既可以在国家、行业、院校层面整体推行,又可以在教学层面进行反向设计。当前,成果导向教育理念已然成为工程教育、商业教育、法学教育等学科领域和专业教学的核心教育教学理念。
The outcome-based education stems from the student-centered paradigm revolution,which breaks the paradox of logical positivism in the field of knowledge cognition.With the development and improvement of cognitive psychology and brain science,this education mode applies the principles of constructivism to reveal the right and feasible way of knowledge acquisition and the growth of the student.The term“outcome”refers to the external performance of knowledge,skills and literacy of students at a specific stage after a study period.The implementation of this mode can be implemented at the national,industry and colleges levels as well as reverse design at the teaching level.At present,outcome-based education has become the core concept of engineering education,business education,law education and other disciplines.
