职业启蒙教育融入小学学科教学的路径探索 被引量:5

摘要 在新时代人才需求发展的推动下,人们越来越重视个人的职业生涯发展规划。职业启蒙教育不仅是现代职业教育的基础,而且还是整个职业教育体系的起点。小学是基础教育阶段职业启蒙教育的关键时期,在教学过程中传授基础知识的同时,也要充分发挥其独特的育人价值,通过课堂教学融入职业启蒙教育对学生的发展具有重要意义。为了让职业启蒙教育优化小学学科教学,教师要充分挖掘小学各学科教材中职业启蒙素材,使其融入小学学科教学中。本文论述了小学阶段职业启蒙教育的内涵,分析了实施职业启蒙教育的重要性和必要性,探讨了从教学内容、教师、学校三方面融入职业启蒙教育的路径,旨在使学生对职业生涯规划有初步感知,培养学生的职业兴趣,并让学生了解自己,形成初步的职业理想。 Driven by the development of talent demand in the new era,people pay more and more attention to individual career development planning,so vocational enlightenment education is not only the foundation of modern vocational education,but also the starting point of the whole vocational education system.Primary school is the key period of vocational enlightenment education in the stage of basic education,while teaching the basic knowledge,it should also give full play to its unique educational value,to attach great significance to the development of students by integrating vocational enlightenment education into class teaching.In order to optimize the subject teaching of primary school through vocational enlightenment education,teachers should make full use of the material regarding vocational enlightenment in the teaching materials of various subjects in primary school and integrate them into the subject teaching of primary school.This paper,through elaborating the education connotation of primary school career enlightenment,the importance and necessity of implementing professional enlightenment education,and from the aspects of teaching content,teachers and school which will be integrated into the enlightenment education,constantly conducts explorations,aiming at making students have a preliminary sense about career planning,to cultivate the students’vocational interest,and let students understand themselves,then to form their own preliminary professional ideals.
