摘要
为更合理地使用危险源与隐患2个安全术语,本文从学术和国内外标准2个角度分别对危险源和隐患的含义进行阐述,并对危险源和隐患之间的关系进行辨析。研究表明:危险源是能量、物质及行为的状态;隐患是可能导致事故发生的物的不安全状态、人的不安全行为以及管理上的缺陷;关于危险源与隐患关系的4种观点在对危险源和隐患含义的解释上以及在对实践的指导上有着其各自的适用性。
In order to use the two safety terms of hazard and hidden danger more reasonably,in this paper,the meanings of hazard and hidden danger from academic and domestic and foreign standards were elaborated,and the relationship between hazard and hidden danger was distinguished.The results show that the hazard is the state of energy,material and behavior;that the hidden danger is the unsafe state of the object that may cause the accident,the unsafe behavior of people,and the management defect;that the four views on the relationship between hazard and hidden danger have their own applicability in the interpretation of hazard and hidden danger and the guidance of practice.
