甲玛铜铅锌多金属依次优先浮选工艺优化试验研究

摘要 西藏甲玛乡铜铅锌多金属硫化矿含铜1.08%、铅0.84%、锌0.49%。为综合回收各有用矿物,选矿厂采用铜铅锌依次优先浮选工艺流程。实际生产铜精矿中铜品位为15.77%,铅+锌品位为19.84%,铜精矿铜铅锌品位均不理想,此次指标优化试验研究重点在于提升铜精矿中铜品位,降低铅锌品位。通过多种探索性试验获得铜精矿中铜31.52%,铅+锌5.78%,铜回收率90.67%的良好技术指标。由此,对于复杂类型及特殊地理位置矿石选矿试验提供一个范例。 The copper-lead-zinc polymetallic sulfide deposit in Jiama Township contains 1.08%copper,0.84%lead,and 0.49%zinc.In order to comprehensively recover the valuable minerals,the priority flotation process was adopted.In actual production,the copper concentrate containing 15.77%of Cu,19.84%of Pb and Zn,which indicated that the flotation index was not satisfactory.The emphasis of the optimization experiment is improving the copper grade and decreasing the contents of lead and zinc.The results showed that the copper concentrate with copper grade of 31.52%,lead and zinc grade of 5.78%,copper recovery of 90.67%was obtained.It will provide a reference for the beneficiation tests of complex ore in a special geographical location.
