微型水球拓宽水介质爆破应用研究

摘要 通过爆破水袋在中深孔和巷道掘进爆破工程实践应用,改变了爆破水袋在水介质轴向装药结构,有效地降低炸药单耗、使爆堆集中、块度均匀、震动减弱、粉尘减少。在垂直和倾斜孔的爆破中,将水袋变形为微型水球的集合体,轻松实现两种形式的装药结构,拓宽了水介质爆破的应用范围,大大地丰富了水介质爆破的施工手段。 The application of blasting with water bag in medium and deep holes and tunneling blasting engineering has changed the axial charging structure of blasting with water bag in water medium,and effectively reduced the single consumption of explosive,concentrated blasting reactor,uniform lumpiness,weakened vibration and reduced dust and so on.In the blasting of vertical and inclined holes,the water bag is transformed into a collection of miniature water balls,which can easily realize the charging structure of two forms,widen the application range of water-medium blasting and greatly enrich the construction means of water-medium blasting.
