摘要
以回转窑处理湿法炼锌废渣产生的氧化锌烟尘为原料进行碱洗实验的研究,考察了碱量、液固比、时间、温度等因素对氯脱除效果的影响,结果表明:碱量20 g/L,液固比5∶1,时间2 h,温度80℃时,氯的脱除率达90.5%。
The zinc oxide dust obtained from the treatment of the waste slag of hydrometallurgical zinc smelting by the rotary kiln as the raw material to carry out the alkali washing experiment,and investigates the influence of the alkali content,liquid-solid ratio,time,temperature and other factors on the chlorine removal effect.The results show when the alkali content is 20 g/L,the liquid-solid ratio is 5∶1,the time is 2 h,and the temperature is 80℃,the chlorine removal rate reaches 90.5%.
