摘要
在生产实践中分析了氧化物料在混合精矿中配入量不同情况下,通过分析烧结机风机压力、穿点温度、烧结速度、每小时精块产量、每小时烧结块产量等对生产过程的影响,得出随着氧化物料配入量的提高,风机鼓风压力升高,穿点温度降低,垂直烧结速度下降,精矿处理量和烧结块产量降低,并通过生产实践提出了降低氧化物料影响的具体措施。
This paper analyzes the influence of sintering fan pressure,piercing point temperature,sintering speed,fine block output per hour and sintered block output per hour on the production process under the condition of different proportion of oxidized materials in mixed concentrate.It is concluded that with the increase of oxygenated materials proportion,fan blowing pressure increases,piercing point temperature decreases and vertical sintering speed decreases.Through the production practice,the specific measures to reduce the impact of oxidized materials are put forward.
