摘要 焦炉煤气中氨与硫化氢处理一直是焦化行业的难题,传统的水洗氨工艺、无水氨、HPF湿法脱硫工艺中产生的废液均无法彻底的处理。针对焦炉煤气中氨与硫化氢资源化利用技术进行研究,将煤气中的污染物变废为宝,避免烟气污染物排放超标;减少了设备腐蚀和对副产品质量的影响;提高了煤气质量指标,产生了较好的经济效益和社会效益。 The absorption and treatment of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in coke oven gas has always been a problem in the coking industry,the traditional ammonia washing process,anhydrous ammonia,and HPF wet desulfurization process cannot completely recycle the products and waste liquid produced.This article focuses on the research on the resource utilization technology of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide pollutants in coke oven gas,and realizes that the pollutants in the coal gas can be turned into valuable industrial raw materials,avoiding excessive emission of flue gas pollutants,and reducing equipment corrosion and the quality of by-products.Influence,improve the gas quality index,and produce great economic and social benefits.
