专用线运输是铁路货物运输体系的重要组成部分,随着专用线运输安全管理压力日益加大,出现专用线企业安全管理的问题。分析铁路货运部门在从业人员老龄化、结构性缺员等因素影响下的管理现状,从路企车辆交接检查、现场作业、监控体系、管理模式和教育培训等方面,探讨提升专用线安全管理措施,并在实际管理工作中探索实施,取得良好效果。

Special line transportation is an important part of railway freight transportation system.With the increas⁃ing pressure of safety management of special line transportation,the safety management issues of special line enter⁃prises appear.This paper analyzes the management status under the influence of adverse factors such as the aging of employees and structural shortage of employees in railway freight department,discusses the measures to improve safe⁃ty management of special line from the aspects of vehicle handover inspection,on-site operation,monitoring system,management mode and education and training.It carries out the exploration and implementation in the actual manage⁃ment,obtains good results.
