反渗透技术是一种十分成熟的水处理技术,应用领域十分广泛。以自来水为原水,经过预处理,利用反渗透处理系统制备纯水。该系统预处理采用多孔介质过滤器和超滤结合,反渗透系统采用两个膜元件串联组装,一级一段式,并设计了相对应的工艺流程,进行了设备选型和工艺计算最终形成一套纯水产水量为0.5 t/h小型反渗透处理系统。

Reverse osmosis technology is a very mature water treatment technology,which is widely used in many fields.With tap water as raw water,purified water was prepared by reverse osmosis treatment system after pretreatment.The pretreatment of the system adopts the combination of porous medium filter and ultrafiltration,and the reverse osmosis system adopts two membrane elements assembled in series,one stage and one stage,and the corresponding process flow is designed,and the equipment selection and process calculation are carried out to form a set of small reverse osmosis treatment system with pure water yield of 0.5 t/h.
