摘要
详细介绍了工业锅炉智能监控系统的设计思路,针对汽包液位控制子系统,重点阐述了模糊—PID控制技术在工业锅炉智能监控系统中应用的基本思路,具体介绍了模糊—PID控制器在工业锅炉智能监控中的应用方法,并通过仿真实验的方式对设计方案进行了验证。经实验研究发现,模糊—PID控制则兼具模糊控制和PID控制的优点,即稳态性能在调节时间体现出显著优势。
The design idea of intelligent monitoring system for industrial boiler is introduced in detail,and expounds the basic idea of fuzzy PID control technology in the intelligent monitoring of industrial boiler,and specifically introduces the application method of fuzzy PID controller in the intelligent monitoring of industrial boiler,and verifies the design scheme through simulation experiment Proof.The experimental results show that the fuzzy PID control has the advantages of both fuzzy control and PID control,that is,the steady-state performance shows a significant advantage in the adjustment time.
