纤维陶粒混凝土桥面板结合梁悬索桥受力性能

摘要 本文以庙嘴长江大桥为例建立计算模型,分别对不同等级纤维陶粒混凝土结合梁桥面板、普通纤维混凝土结合梁桥面板进行对比,分析悬索桥在自重、自重+汽车荷载作用下的基频、主缆拉力、吊索拉力等性能指标。结果表明:采用纤维陶粒混凝土桥面板后,悬索桥的自振频率明显提高,其一阶振型的自振频率可提高约6%;主缆所受拉力较普通混凝土桥面板可降低10%以上;吊索所受最大拉力可降低15%以上(自重作用)或13%以上(自重+汽车荷载作用)。可见,采用纤维陶粒混凝土桥面板后,悬索桥的抗震性能、主缆和吊索的受力性能均得到了显著提升。 Taking miaozui Yangtze River Bridge as an example,this paper established a calculation model,compared different grades of fiber ceramsite concrete composite beam deck and ordinary fiber concrete composite beam deck,and analyzed the performance indexes of suspension bridge,such as fundamental frequency,main cable tension and sling tension under self weight,self weight+vehicle load.The results showed that the natural frequency of the suspension bridge was obviously increased after using the fiber ceramsite concrete deck,and the natural frequency of the first mode could be increased by about 6%;The tensile force of the main cable could be reduced by more than 13%compared with the ordinary concrete deck;The maximum tension of the sling could be reduced by more than 15%under the action of deadweight or more than 10%under the action of deadweight and vehicle load.It showed that the seismic performance of suspension bridge,the mechanical performance of main cable and sling had been significantly improved after using fiber ceramsite concrete deck.
