基于行程曲线的高压断路器典型故障特征参数提取 被引量:7

摘要 针对高压断路器振动信号提取特征参数物理意义模糊的问题,提出了一种基于行程曲线的高压断路器故障特征参数提取新方法。首先,利用ADAMS构建了高压断路器的弹簧操作机构的多体动力学模型;然后,对高压断路器典型故障进行了仿真分析,得出典型故障下高压断路器行程曲线的变化规律;最后,采用高压断路器动特性分析仪对断路器进行实验测试,验证了仿真分析结果的可靠性。通过仿真分析和实验研究得出,高压断路器典型故障下合闸时间和动触头的跳动情况都有所变化,且变化规律不同,以此作为特征参数可以识别高压断路器的故障类型。研究为高压断路器的故障诊断与识别提供了理论支撑和参考,所提出的仿真方法可以拓展到其他类型的高压断路器中。 To resolve the fuzzy physical meaning of characteristic parameter extracted from high voltage circuit breaker vibration signal,this paper proposes a new method of feature parameter extraction based on travel curve for fault diagnosis of circuit breaker.Firstly,we perform multi-body dynamic analysis of spring operation mechanism by ADAMS.Then we simulate the typical fault of high voltage circuit breakers and obtain the change of travel curve under typical fault.Finally,we verify the reliability of simulation analysis results by experimental test through circuit breaker analyzer.Through simulation analysis and experimental research,it is found that the closing time and the bounce of the moving contact change under the typical fault of the high voltage circuit breaker in different ways.These changes can be taken as characteristic parameters to identify the fault type of high voltage circuit breaker.This paper provides theoretical support and reference for fault diagnosis and identification of circuit breakers.The proposed simulation method can be applied to other types of circuit breakers.
