大型真菌重金属富集能力机制研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 大型真菌在生物资源中具有重要地位,同时在维持生态平衡和物质循环方面也具重要作用。由于其生长发育快、生物转化率高,且能高效将无机物转化成富含硒、锗、高氨基酸等功能食用菌产品,对于大型真菌的产品开发愈来愈受欢迎。已有研究表明,大型真菌在快速转化生物物质时,对人体有害的重金属、毒素等大量物质也被富集。且自大型真菌富集重金属的特性被发现以来,人们对此也展开了深入研究。因此,本文对大型真菌在重金属方面的富集能力、机理和修复能力等方面进行总结。 Macrofungi has an important position in biological resources,and it also plays an important role in maintaining ecological balance and material circulation.Because of its fast growth and development,high biotransformation rate,and high efficiency in converting inorganic substances into functional edible fungi products rich in selenium,germanium,and high amino acids,product development for large fungi is becoming more and more popular.Studies have shown that macrofungican rapidly transform biological substances,a large number of substances harmful to humans such as heavy metals and toxins are also enriched.Since the discovery of the heavy metal-enriching properties,people have also carried out in-depth research on thismacrofungi.Therefore,this article summarized the accumulation ability,mechanism and repair ability of large fungi in terms of heavy metals.
