摘要
凝结水油污染主要源于两方面:一是汽轮机润滑油漏入给水泵密封水,随密封水进入凝汽器;二是锅炉启动或炉膛内燃烧不稳时投入油枪,在油枪停运蒸汽吹扫过程中,0号轻柴油漏入蒸汽吹扫系统,随蒸汽系统管道疏水进入凝汽器。凝汽器进油后,油水混合物流经凝结水精处理系统,油会附着于混床树脂表面形成膜状物,致使树脂交换容量下降、水汽质量品质恶化等现象,影响机组安全稳定运行。基于某电厂凝结水受燃油污染的问题进行详细分析,查找原因,采取有效措施,避免了大量燃油进入凝汽器,消除了进入系统的燃油,防止汽水系统管道、设备发生腐蚀。
Condensate oil pollution mainly comes from two aspects:one is the steam turbine lubricating oil leaks into the water supply pump seal water,with the seal water into the condenser.The other is when the boiler starts or the combustion in the furnace being unstable.The oil gun is put into the steam blowing system when the oil gun stops steam blowing.No.0 light diesel oil leaks into the steam blowing system and it enters the condenser with the steam system pipeline draining water.After the condenser enters the oil,the oil and water mixture flow through the condensed water essence treatment system.The oil will adhere to the surface of the mixed bed resin to form a membrane,resulting in the resin exchange capacity decline,water vapor quality deterioration and other phenomena,affecting the safe and stable operation of the unit.Based on the problem of condensate contaminated by fuel oil in a power plant analysis,the reason is found.it takes effective measures to avoid a large amount of fuel into the condenser,which eliminating the fuel into the system,preventing the steam water system pipeline and equipment corrosion.
