农村女性创业具有“数字红利”吗?——基于CGSS2015数据的实证分析

Does rural female entrepreneurship have a“digital dividend”?--Survey and analysis based on CGSS2015

本文使用中国综合社会调查(CGSS)2015年的数据进行模型构建,探讨了农村女性创业中的“数字红利”——互联网使用对农村女性创业意愿的作用机制。通过Probit模型的回归结果,得到了如下结论:互联网使用对农村女性创业意愿有显著的正向作用;互联网的使用能够通过影响传统观念、人力资本、社会资本等作用机制,提高女性的技能、经验积累,淡化性别歧视的负面作用,以拓展社会网络的方式积累创业的信息资源、资金等,从而影响农村女性创业意愿,提高农村女性创业概率。

This article uses CGSS 2015 data to build a model and explores the mechanism of how Internet use affects rural women’s entrepreneurial willingness.Through the regression results of the Probit model,the following conclusions are obtained.Internet use has a significant positive effect on rural women’s entrepreneurial willingness.Internet use can improve women’s skills and experience accumulation by influencing factors such as traditional concepts,human capital,and social capital to reduce gender discrimination,and accumulate information resources and funds for entrepreneurship by expanding social networks,thereby affecting rural women’s entrepreneurial willingness and increasing the probability of rural women’s entrepreneurship.
