Research Progress of Acupoint Therapy for Ulcerative Colitis

溃疡性结肠炎(UC)是一种慢性肠道炎症性疾病,迁延难愈的慢性病程是其主要特点之一,严重影响患者的生活质量。中医穴位疗法治疗UC具有疗效好、疗程短、不良反应少的优点,主要包括穴位敷贴、针灸、艾灸等疗法,治疗UC效果显著。本文系统总结近年来中医穴位疗法治疗UC的相关文献,为临床治疗UC提供参考。

Ulcerative colitis(UC)is a chronic intestinal inflammatory disease.The chronic course of disease is one of its main characteristics,which would greatly influence patients’life quality.Acupoint therapy of TCM has the advantages of good efficacy,short course of treatment,and fewer adverse reactions in treating UC,including acupuncture therapy,moxibustion,acupoint application and other external treatment methods,with significant efficacy for UC.This article systematically summarized the relevant literature on the treatment of UC by acupoint therapy of TCM in recent years,and provided reference for clinical treatment of UC.
