In the view of Marxist development philosophy,eliminating the farmers′poverty is an important development problem and development goal.Development-oriented poverty reduction is a distinctive feature of the poverty reduction path with Chinese characteristics,which has surpassed the development economics and enlightenment rationality both in theory and practice,and realized the unification of development object theory and development subject theory.The practice of poverty reduction with Chinese characteristics,which transcends the abstract theory of modernization,has fully proved that China is on the road to modernization of common prosperity for all the people.In the historical process of the transformation from poverty alleviation to rural revitalization,attention should be paid to the analysis of economic and social structure,adhering to the basic rural management system,focusing on solving the problem of unbalanced development amongst urban and rural regions,and promoting a new type of urbanization with county seats as the main carrier to promote the construction of a new pattern of development.
