摘要
为了验证注射接种法鉴定番茄苗期青枯病抗性的效果,对合作903、桂砧1号以及TZ-1这3种不同番茄材料利用注射接种法与传统伤根接种法进行苗期青枯病抗性水平鉴定。结果表明:注射接种法(接种浓度1×10^(7) cfu/mL)接种后第7天鉴定结果与传统伤根接种法(接种浓度1×10^(8) cfu/mL)接种后第14天鉴定结果基本一致,说明注射接种法更加快捷、有效,可作为番茄苗期青枯病快速鉴定方法应用。
In order to verify the effect of injection inoculation method on the identification of tomato bacterial wilt resistance at seedling stage,the resistance levels of tomato bacterial wilt at seedling stage by using injection inoculation method and traditional root injury inoculation method on three different tomato materials including'Hezuo 903''Guizhen No.1'and'TZ-1'were identifi ed.The results showed that the identifi cation results of the injection inoculation method with the inoculation concentration of 1×10^(7) cfu/mL on the 7th day were basically the same as the identifi cation results of the traditional root injury inoculation method with the inoculation concentration of 1×10^(8) cfu/mL on the 14th day.The above showed that the method of injection inoculation was effi cient and effective.The method of injection inoculation could be used for rapid identifi cation of tomato bacterial wilt at seedling stage.
