美育提升高职学生职业素养的理论关联与实践路径探析

摘要 当前,高职毕业生缺乏职业素养导致的个人职业发展障碍、用人单位不满意等问题亟待破解,高职院校传统美育教学与职业素养培育相互脱节、缺乏创新的现状也有待改善。本文先分析和明确高职美育与职业素养之间的理论关联性,然后针对职业教育特点和校内外育人环境,提出了以转变内在美育导向来提升外在职业素养为基础的教学路径与合作路径,以保障美育提升高职学生职业素养的实践路径切实可行。 At present,the problems of personnel vocational development obstacles and employers'dissatisfaction caused by vocational college graduates'lack of professional quality need to be solved.The current situation of traditional aesthetic education and professional quality cultivation in vocational colleges are divorced and lack of innovation also needs to be improved.This paper firstly analyzes and clarifies the theoretical relevance between aesthetic education and professional quality,then proposes teaching path and cooperation path based on changing the internal aesthetic education orientation to improve the external professional quality according to the characteristics of vocational education and its environment inside and outside,to ensure the aesthetic education to improve professional quality of vocational students practically.
