摘要
保障机制是学校教研队伍建设可持续发展的外在力量,因为教研队伍建设与教研活动的开展不是一种自发的行为,没有完善的保障机制,容易让教研队伍建设与教研活动的开展处于一种无序状态中。同时不完善的职业学校教研队伍建设保障机制也会制约人才培养的质量和效率,致使职业学校教研队伍的培养无法准确定位,难以在现有的教研队伍培养体系中打造出理想的“双师型”“专家型”名师风采,也会阻碍教师实现专业化的发展道路。因此,建立健全职业学校教育教研队伍保障制度至关重要。
Security mechanism is the exterior strength of a sustainable teaching and research faculty in the school.This is because that we are not spontaneous to construct a teaching and research team and perform teaching and research activities.Without a sound security system,both aspects will be in a disorderly state.At the same time,an imperfect security mechanism of the construction of teaching and research faulty in secondary vocational schools will limit the quality and efficiency of talent cultivation and prevents these schools locating a specific teaching and research faculty.This will make it hard to cultivate famous teachers highlighting double teachers and professionals in current cultivation system and prevent teachers stepping onto a professionalized development path.As a result,the teaching and research team in second vocational schools cannot achieve professionalized and systematic development.Therefore,it's pivotal to establish a sound security mechanism of teaching and research faculty in secondary vocational schools.
