从组织体系、比赛开展、教学训练、保障体系等方面对我国校园足球政策执行效果进行剖析基础上,研究得出:在校园足球政策执行主体因素、目标群体、政策资源等方面存在权威不足、效率较低、有待挖掘等方面的问题。建议:提升校园足球政策执行主体对政策的认同、扩大校园足球政策执行目标群体利益范围、深入挖掘校园足球政策执行相关政策资源等方面着手,旨在提升校园足球政策执行真正落到实处。

Based on the in-depth analysis of the implementation effect of campus football policy in China from the aspects of organization system,competition development,teaching and training,security system and so on,is paper concludes that there are some problems in the implementation of campus football policy,such as lack of authority,low efficiency,to be explored and so on.Suggestions are proposed as follows:to enhance the identity of the main body of the campus football policy implementation,to expand the scope of interest of the target groups of the campus football policy implementation,and to deeply tap the relevant policy resources of the campus football policy implementation to improve the comprehensive root of the campus football policy implementation.
