新智造时代技术技能人才发展定位与教育应对 被引量:28

摘要 新一代智能制造技术的飞速发展与广泛应用深刻影响着技术技能人才的发展与培养。新智造时代的工作世界将发生工作设备智能化、工作内容复杂化、工作关系协同化等颠覆性变革,驱动着技术技能人才做出升级、转移、参与、集中和前进等转型选择,明晰发展定位,成为超越者、避让者、协作者、专精者以及创新者。然而,传统职业教育存在人才培养定位单一化、人才培养过程孤立化、人才培养方式迟滞化等突出问题,难以回应技术技能人才发展转型的时代诉求。对此,新一代智能制造呼唤职业教育对人才培养定位、培养过程、培养方式进行调适。以智能制造发展为依据,强化多元职业发展意识;以综合职业能力为核心,推动融合发展体系建设;以现代信息技术为媒介,科学引导信息素养发展。 The rapid development and wide application of the new generation of intelligent manufacturing technology has a profound impact on the development and training of technical talents.The world of work in the era of new intelligence will have disruptive changes such as intelligent work equipment,complication of work content,and collaboration of work relationships,driving technical talents to make transformational choices such as upgrade,transfer,intervention,concentration and progress,and clear development orientation,becoming a transcender,avoider,collaborator,expert,and innovator.However,traditional vocational education has serious problems,such as the simplification of the positioning of talent training,the isolation of the talent training process,and the lagging of talent training methods,and it is difficult to respond to the demands of the times of the development and transformation of technical talents.In this regard,the new generation of intelligent manufacturing calls for vocational education to adjust its training positioning,training process,and training methods.Based on the development of intelligent manufacturing,it strengthens the awareness of diversified career development;promotes the construction of an integrated development system with comprehensive professional capabilities as the core;Modern information technology is the medium,scientifically guiding the development of information literacy.
