絮凝法去除生活废水中微塑料研究 被引量:3

Simulation experiment of microplastics removal from domestic wastewater by flocculation

摘要 化妆品和清洁用品中有大量的微塑料颗粒,已成为自然水体中微塑料的重要来源之一。采用絮凝法去除生活废水中的微塑料,以硫酸铝为絮凝剂,以水体的浊度为指标,考察絮凝搅拌速率、搅拌时间、静置沉降时间、絮凝剂投加量和絮凝温度对絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,最佳絮凝条件为:硫酸铝投加量10 mg/L,絮凝温度30℃,快搅拌速率300 r/min,快搅拌时间10 min,慢搅拌速率85 r/min,慢搅拌时间20 min,静置沉降时间40 min。在此优化条件下,处理后水样的平均浊度为0.73 NTU,浊度去除率99.8%。 Microplastics mainly come from cosmetics and cleaning products,it has become one of the important sources of microplastics in natural water.The microplastics of polyacrylate in the simulation domestic wastewater was treated by flocculation and sedimentation.Aluminum sulfate was used as flocculant,taking turbidity as the main evaluating indicator,influence of the stirring velocity,stirring time,sedimentation time,flocculant dosage and flocculant temperature on the removal efficiency were investigated.The results show that the optimal turbidity removal process conditions were as follows:flocculant dosage was 10 mg/L,and the flocculation temperature was 30℃,fast-stirring time was 10 min,fast-stirring velocity was 300 r/min,slow-stirring time was 20 min,slow-stirring velocity was 85 r/min,sedimentation time was 40 min.Under the above condition,the turbidity of the water sample was 0.73 NTU with a removal efficiency of 99.8%.
