摘要
使用高效液相色谱与InfinityLab Poroshell 120 EC-C_(18)反相色谱柱,建立一种测定双环磺草酮水解产物(BH)中有效成分含量的分析方法。柱温40℃,流动相使用体积比为55∶45的甲醇-磷酸水(0.2%)体系,流速0.83 mL/min,在286 nm波长下检测BH的含量。结果表明,BH在0.01~50 mg/L质量浓度范围内的线性相关性优良(R^(2)为1),标准偏差、变异系数和平均回收率分别为0.139,0.173%和100.35%,可用于BH的定量分析。
Using high performance liquid chromatography and InfinityLab Poroshell 120 EC-C_(18) reversed-phase chromatographic column to establish an analytical method for the determination of the active ingredient content in the Benzobicyclon hydrolysate(BH).Set the column temperature to 40℃,use a methanol-phosphoric acid water(0.2%)system with a volume ratio of 55∶45 as the mobile phase,set the flow rate to 0.83 mL/min,and set the BH content in the test sample at a detection wavelength of 286 nm perform quantitative analysis.The results show that the linear correlation of BH in the mass concentration range of 0.01~50 mg/L is excellent(R 2 is 1),and the standard deviation,coefficient of variation and average recovery are 0.139,0.173% and 100.35%,respectively.And can be used for quantitative analysis of BH.
