鸡胆口服液联合头孢克肟治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床研究

Clinical study on Jidan Oral Liquid combined with cefixime in treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection

目的探讨鸡胆口服液联合头孢克肟治疗急性上呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取2018年3月—2019年3月在天津市滨海新区大港医院治疗的106例急性上呼吸道感染患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(53例)和治疗组(53例)。对照组患者口服头孢克肟片,100 mg/次,2次/d;治疗组在对照组的基础上口服鸡胆口服液,20 m L/次,3次/d,两组患者均连续治疗7d。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状消退时间,血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)、IL-8、C反应蛋白(CRP)和肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)水平及不良反应情况。结果治疗后,治疗组患者临床总有效率为98.11%,显著高于对照组的79.25%(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组患者的发热消退时间、咽部红肿消退时间、咳嗽消退时间均短于对照组患者(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者IL-6、IL-8、CRP、TNF-α水平均显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗组患者明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率为7.55%,显著低于对照组的24.53%。结论鸡胆口服液联合头孢克肟治疗急性上呼吸道感染,能有效缩短临床症状消失时间和改善机体免疫功能水平,明显改善炎性因子水平。

Objective To investigate the curative effect of Jidan Oral Liquid combined with cefixime in treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods Patients(106 cases)with acute upper respiratory tract infection in Dagang Hospital of Tianjin Binhai New District from March 2018 to March 2019 were randomly divided into control(53 cases)and treatment(53 cases)groups.Patients in the control group were po administered with Cefixime Tablets,100 mg/time,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jidan Oral Liquid on the basis of the control group,20 mL/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 7 d.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,and the serum levels of IL-6,IL-8,CRP,and TNF-α,and adverse reaction in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 98.11%,which was significantly higher than 79.25%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of fever,pharynx,and cough in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,IL-8,CRP,and TNF-αin both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 7.55%,which was significantly lower than 24.53%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jidan Oral Liquid combined with cefixime in treatment of acute upper respiratory tract infection can effectively shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms and improve the level of immune function,and significantly improve the level of inflammatory factors.
