二十五味鬼臼丸联合重组人干扰素α2a栓治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床研究

Clinical study on Ershiwuwei Guijiu Pills combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2a Vaginal Suppository in treatment of chronic cervicitis

目的探讨二十五味鬼臼丸联合重组人干扰素α2a栓治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2019年4月—2020年4月在郑州颐和医院治疗的88例慢性宫颈炎患者的临床资料,依据住院号末尾的奇偶分成对照组和治疗组,每组各44例。对照组于经期结束后睡前给予重组人干扰素α2a栓,置于阴道后穹窿,1枚/次,1次/2d,1个月经周期连用10次为1个疗程;治疗组在对照组基础上口服二十五味鬼臼丸,2丸/次,2次/d。两组患者均治疗3个月。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者临床症状消失时间,阴道灌洗液中细胞因子白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、IL-8、IL-17、IL-10和干扰素γ(IFN-γ)含量。结果经治疗,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组(97.73%vs81.82%,P<0.05)。经治疗,治疗组在阴道分泌物消失时间、创面愈合时间、外阴瘙痒消失时间、月经周期恢复时间、下腹疼痛消失时间均明显早于对照组(P<0.05)。经治疗,两组阴道灌洗液中IL-1β、IL-8、IL-17水平均显著下降,而IL-10、IFN-γ水平均升高(P<0.05),且治疗组改善最显著(P<0.05)。结论二十五味鬼臼丸联合重组人干扰素α2a栓治疗慢性宫颈炎可有效改善患者临床症状,降低炎性因子表达,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Ershiwuwei Guijiu Pills combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2 a Vaginal Suppository in treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods The clinical data of 88 patients with chronic cervicitis treated in Zhengzhou Yihe Hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.They were divided into control and treatment groups according to the odd and even number at the end of the hospitalization number,and each group had 44 cases.Patients in the control group were given Recombinant Human Interferonα2 a Vaginal Suppository before bedtime after menstruation,which were placed in the posterior vaginal fornix,1 suppository/time,twice daily,the treatments of 10 times in one menstrual cycle were as a course of treatment.Patients in the treatment group po administered with Ershiwuwei Guijiu Pills on the basis of the control group,2 pills/time,twice daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 3 months.After treatment,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms,the cytokine levels of IL-1β,IL-8,IL-17,IL-10,and IFN-γin vaginal lavage fluid in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(97.73%vs 81.82%,P<0.05).After treatment,the disappearance time of vaginal discharge,wound healing,vulvar pruritus,menstrual cycle recovery,and lower abdominal pain in the treatment group were significantly earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the expression of IL-1β,IL-8,and IL-17 in vaginal lavage fluid in two groups were significantly decreased,while the expression of IL-10 and IFN-γwere significantly increased(P<0.05),and the treatment group improved most significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Ershiwuwei Guijiu Pills combined with Recombinant Human Interferonα2 a Vaginal Suppository in treatment of chronic cervicitis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the expression of inflammatory factors,which has a certain clinical application value.
