火龙罐综合灸干预对改善阳虚型体质老年人畏寒程度的效果研究

Study on Effect of Comprehensive Fire Dragon Pot Moxibustion on Improving the Degree of Frigidity of Elderly with Yang Deficiency Constitution

目的:探讨火龙罐综合灸干预对改善阳虚型体质老年人畏寒程度的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2019年11月来我中心体检并参加中医体质辨识的78例阳虚型体质老年人作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各39例,对照组采用单纯中医药保健指导,观察组采用火龙罐综合灸结合中医药保健指导干预,1个疗程后观察疗效和畏寒程度量表积分的变化。结果:观察组总有效率为89.7%,高于对照组的56.4%(P<0.01);两组畏寒程度量表积分均较干预前显著下降(P<0.01),但火龙罐综合灸结合中医药保健指导比单纯中医药保健指导下降更显著(P<0.01)。结论:火龙罐综合灸法结合中医药保健指导相对单纯中医药保健指导更有效地干预阳虚体质的老年患者,改善其畏寒程度,提高生活质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of comprehensive fire dragon pot moxibustion on improving the degree of frigidity of the elderly with yang deficiency constitution.Methods:A total of 78 elderly people with Yang-deficiency constitution who received physical examination and participated in TCM constitution identification in our center from January 2019 to November 2019 were selected as the research obj ects,and randomly divided into control group(n=39) and observation group(n=39),the control group received simple Chinese medicine health guidance,while observation group used comprehensive fire dragon pot moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine health guidance,observed the change of curative effect and chill degree scale integral after one course of treatment.Results:The overall response rate of observation group was 89.7%,which was higher than 56.4% that of control group(P<0.01);the scores of cold fear scale in the two groups were significantly lower than those before intervention(P<0.01),but comprehensive fire dragon pot moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine health guidance decreased more obviously than traditional Chinese medicine health guidance(P<0.01).Conclusion:Comprehensive fire dragon pot moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine health care guidance is more effective than traditional Chinese medicine health care guidance for elderly patients with yang deficiency constitution,which can improve their degree of frigidity and quality of life.
