“捏脊八法”治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床观察

The Clinical Observation on Treatment of Children’s Functional Indigestion by "Eight Methods of Chiropractic"

目的:观察"捏脊八法"治疗小儿功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法:选择功能性消化不良患儿60例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组各30例。治疗组予"捏脊八法"疗法,每日一次,每周5次,每次操作约10min,以30天为一个疗程。对照组口服或嚼服"健胃消食片",一次2片,一日3次,以30天为一个疗程。结果:治疗组有效率达96.7%,对照组有效率76.7%,治疗组有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患儿治疗后症状总积分低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患儿治疗后体重大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:"捏脊八法"可用于治疗小儿功能性消化不良,具有一定参考价值。

Objective:To discuss the clinical observation on the treatment of children’s functional dyspepsia by the "Eight Methods of chiropractic".Methods:60 children with functional dyspepsia were selected and divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method,each group was 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with the "Eight methods of chiropractics",once a day,5 times a week,about 10 min one time,30 days as a course of treatment.The control group took Jianwei Xiaoshi tablet orally or chewed,2 tablets once,3 times a day,30 days as a course of treatment.Results:The effective rate reached 96.7% in the treatment group and 76.7% in the control group,the effective rate in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The total score of symptoms after treatment in the treatment group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The weight of the children in the treatment group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The "Eight methods of chiropractic" can be used to treat functional dyspepsia in children,it has certain reference value.
