目前农村集体经济组织的内部治理模式更多的是过去人民公社治理模式的顺延。在新形势下,农村集体经济组织内部治理模式应当与其经济组织身份及其承担的经济职能相匹配。相比普通经济组织,农村集体经济组织内部治理面临更为复杂的理论与实践问题。集体财产股份化改革趋势、吸收外来人才和外来资本的需要以及目前的生产经营方式决定了农村集体经济组织更适合采取股份制治理模式,同时可以吸收合作制治理模式的个别因素。

The current internal governance model of rural collective economic organizations in China is more of an extension of the past governance model of people's communes.Under the new situation,the internal governance model of rural collective economic organizations should match its identity of economic organization and the economic functions it undertakes.Compared with ordinary economic organizations,the internal governance of rural collective economic organizations faces more complex theoretical and practical problems.The reform trend of the demutualisation of collective property,the need to absorb talents and capital from outside,and the current production and operation modes determine that rural collective economic organizations are more suitable for adopting a share-holding governance model,and the model can absorb some individual elements of a cooperative governance model.
