摘要
考虑永磁电机对环境磁场影响,对静止时两极平行充磁的永磁电机进行理论建模,提出永磁电机内外各个域(转轴、永磁体、气隙、定子铁心、环境)的磁场理论模型,分析磁场分布规律,并利用有限元和实验进行验证。对永磁电机环境磁场分析、地磁测量设备的磁场补偿、外部漏磁优化具有一定的参考意义。
Considering the influence of the permanent magnet motor on the environmental magnetic field,theoretical modeling of the static two-pole parallel magnetized permanent magnet motor was proposed,and the magnetic field theoretical model of the internal and external motor domains(rotation shaft,permanent magnet,air gap,stator,environment)was proposed.Meanwhile,the magnetic field distribution was also analyzed,and the finite element method and experiment were used to verify the correctness of the model in this paper.It provides a reference for the analysis of the environmental magnetic field of the motor,the magnetic field compensation of the geomagnetic equipment,and the optimization of the external magnetic flux leakage.
