摘要
采用扩散偶的方法,在900℃和1000℃下分别进行6h和12h的扩散试验,探究了U-8Mo合金与Zr-4合金界面的相容性。结果表明,U-8Mo合金与Zr-4合金间有明显的扩散现象,U-8Mo合金向Zr的扩散过程中Mo元素扩散速率更快,形成Mo_(2)Zr相,U元素主要以固溶体形式存在于Zr基体中,U-8Mo合金与Zr-4合金具有良好的相容性。
The interface compatibility of U-8Mo alloy and Zr-4alloy was investigated by diffusion-couple method through diffusion test at 900℃ and 1000℃ for 6 and 12h,respectively.The result indicates that the diffusion phenomenon can be observed significantly between U-8Mo alloy and Zr-4alloy.The diffusion rate of Mo element is faster during the diffusion process of U-8Mo to Zr-4,leading to the formation of Mo_(2)Zr phase.The U element exists in Zr-base in form of solid solution,and U-8Mo alloy has good compatibility with Zr-4alloy.
