两种便携式检测仪测定哮喘患儿呼出气一氧化氮结果一致性分析 被引量:2

Comparison of fractional exhaled nitric oxide level in asthmatic children by two portable nitric oxide analyzers

摘要 目的比较新型便携式呼出气一氧化氮检测仪(RuiBreath)与NIOX检测仪检测哮喘患儿呼出气一氧化氮(FeNO)结果的一致性。方法选择2019年6-10月在首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院门诊就诊并已临床确诊的儿童哮喘患者共97例,均采用RuiBreath和NIOX 2种检测仪进行FeNO水平测定,对检测结果进行一致性分析,并按照检测结果的不同程度分组进行比较。结果97例哮喘患儿使用NIOX测得的FeNO水平的中位数为35.0(53.5)ppb,使用RuiBreath测得的FeNO水平的中位数为34.0(47.5)ppb,两者比较差异无统计学意义(Z=-1.944,P>0.05)。运用Bland-Altman分析法对两者测得的FeNO值进行一致性分析,结果显示绝大部分差值(93.0%以上)在两者差值均值的95.0%一致性界限内,提示其测定值有较好的一致性。依据FeNO测定结果观察低水平FeNO值(<35 ppb)和高水平FeNO值(≥35 ppb),无论低水平还是高水平FeNO值患儿通过2种仪器测定的FeNO结果差异均无统计学意义(P值均>0.05)。结论2种检测仪器对于哮喘患儿FeNO水平的检测结果存在很好的一致性。 Objective To compare the consistence of fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO)level by two analyzers.Methods A total of 97 children with asthma diagnosed from June to October 2019 in Children′s Hospital of Capital Institute of Pediatrics were included.FeNO was measured by RuiBreath and NIOX analyzers for all children,and the consistency of FeNO results was analyzed,and further divided in groups based on FeNO value for comparison.Results The median exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO-NIOX)measured by NIOX in all children with asthma was 35.0(53.5)ppb,and the median exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO-RB)measured by RuiBreath was 34.0(47.5)ppb.There was no statistical difference between the two values(Z=-1.944,P>0.05).Most of the difference(over 93.0%)was within the 95.0%consistency limit of the average difference between two measuring methods using Bland-Altman analysis.The results of FeNO showed no statistical difference by NIOX and RuiBreath(P>0.05)either in low-level FeNO(<35 ppb)or high-level FeNO(≥35 ppb).Conclusions The FeNO values measured by NIOX and RuiBreath have clinically acceptable consistency,and there is no significant difference in FeNO values measured by two analyzers.
