摘要
乙炔发生器排渣控制方案由间歇人工式改造为DCS系统自动控制,增加了排渣管高压水冲洗、溢流管反冲洗自动控制,现场自控气动阀与荥启停控制,液位智能控制等控制程序。改造提高了乙炔发生器的控制精度,减轻了劳动强度,提高了乙炔生产的安全性。
The slag discharge control scheme of acetylene generator was transformed from intermittent manual control to DCS automatic control.The intelligent control procedures were added,such as high-pressure water flushing slag discharge pipe,automatic control of backwashing overflow pipe,control of start-up and stop of on-site automatic pneumatic valve and pump,intelligent liquid level control,etc.After the transformation,the control precision of acetylene generator was improved,the labor intensity was reduced and the safety of acetylene production was enhanced.
