深圳地区1266例儿童过敏原特异性sIgE检测结果分析

Analysis of allergen-specific sIgE detection results in 1266 children in Shenzhen

目的回顾分析2019年6月至10月间深圳市宝安区妇幼保健院的过敏原血清学特异性sIgE检测结果数据,分析不同疾病间的分布差异规律,能够更好地支持过敏性疾病的临床精准诊疗。方法在2019年6月至10月期间,采用微流控芯片过敏原特异性sIgE 19项检测系统对1649例样本进行检测,结合不同科室来源和临床初诊描述进行统计分析。结果过敏组(呼吸道过敏和皮肤过敏)和非过敏组(呼吸道感染和健康对照)两组在13个过敏原检测项目上都有阳性检测出来,但是在屋尘螨d1和粉尘螨d2两个项目上存在显著性差异(P<0.01)在其他项目上差异不明显。呼吸道过敏组的尘螨类阳性率分别为:屋尘螨d136.02%、粉尘螨d243.28%和热带无爪螨d2013.76%,与其他3组相比差异显著(P<0.01)。在皮肤过敏组中牛奶f2、鸡蛋f1、蟹f23和虾f24的阳性率高于其他3组,尤其牛奶f212.45%(P<0.01)和鸡蛋白f110.26%(P<0.014)显著高于其他分组。结论不同过敏性疾病患儿具有不同的主要过敏原项目特征趋势,了解符合当地人群的过敏趋势能够帮助临床医生掌握疾病规律,结合病史病症,实现过敏性疾病的快速精准诊疗。

Objective To retrospectively analyze the data of allergen serological specific sIgE test of Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Baoan District from June to October 2019,and to analyze the distribution difference between different diseases,which can better support the clinical accurate diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases.Methods Between June and October 2019,a microfluidic chip allergen-specific sIgE 19-item detection system was used to detect 1649samples,and statistical analysis was performed based on different department sources and clinical initial diagnosis descriptions.Results Both of the allergic group(respiratory tract allergy and skin allergy)and non-allergic group(respiratory tract infection and health control)were positive in 13allergen test items.There was a significant difference(P<0.01)between two groups in the house dust mite d1and dust mite d2tests.On other items,and the difference is not obvious.The positive rates of dust mites in the respiratory allergy group were:house dust mite d136.02%,dust mite d243.28%and tropical clawless mite d2013.76%,which were significantly different from the other three groups(P<0.01).In the skin allergy group,the positive rates of milk f2,egg f1,crab f23 and shrimp f24 were higher than the other three groups,especially milk f212.45%(P<0.01)and egg white f110.26%(P<0.014)were significantly higher than other Grouped.Conclusion Children with different allergic diseases have different characteristics of major allergen items.Understanding the allergen trends in line with the local population can help clinicians to grasp the laws of diseases and combine medical history with diseases to achieve rapid and accurate diagnosis and treatment of allergic diseases.
