摘要
为筛选出对花榈木幼苗有促进作用的种子际真菌,将来自贵州省晴隆、三穗、关岭的花榈木种子已分离鉴定出的具有促生功能的6株真菌接种于花榈木芽苗,不接菌作为对照,测定不同处理下真菌的侵染定殖情况和幼苗生理、生长指标。结果显示:6种真菌都成功定殖在花榈木根部;地径、根系指数、生物量、可溶性蛋白、可溶性总糖、淀粉均差异显著(P<0.05);光合指标参数差异不显著(P>0.05);根系总长度、表面积、根体积、平均直径、根尖数、生物量、可溶性蛋白、可溶性总糖、淀粉的变幅分别为68.8~237.85 cm、15.83~53.78 cm^(2)、0.46~1.63 cm^(3)、0.42~0.98 mm、67~267根、0.481~0.63 g、1.327~3.794 mg/g、33.369%~43.94%、18.209%~41.572%。通过主成分分析及综合评价出SS-1-6青霉属的一种、SS-1-3茎霉属的一种、GL-4-1菌核青霉(Penicillium sclerotiorum)共3种真菌对幼苗生长有促进作用,为花榈木苗木高效培育提供了一条生态途径。
In order to screen out the interseeded fungi which can promote the seedlings of O.henryi.Six fungal strains with growth promoting function were isolated and identified from the Spermosphere of O.henryi from Qinglong,Sansui and Guanling of Guizhou not inoculated as a control.The infection and colonization and physiological growth indexes of seedlings treated with different fungi were determined.The results showed that all six species of fungi were successfully colonized in the O.henryi root.There were significant differences in ground diameter,root index,biomass,soluble protein,total soluble sugar and starch(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in photosynthetic parameters(P>0.05).The root length,surface area,root volume,average diameter,root tip number,biomass,soluble protein,soluble sugar and starch varied from 68.8~237.85 cm,15.83~53.78 cm^(2),0.46~1.63 cm^(3),0.42~0.98 mm,67~267,0.481~0.63 g,1.327~3.794 mg/g,33.369%~43.94%and 19.209%~41.572%,According to principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation,three fungi,one species of Penicillium SS-1-6,one species of SS-1-3 and Penicillium sclerotiorum of GL-4-1,can promote the growth of seedlings.It provides an ecological way for the efficient cultivation of O.henryi seedlings.
