摘要
动脉粥样硬化是一类慢性炎症性血管疾病,其复杂的发病机制涉及多种细胞和分子的参与。Semaphorin是一类由分泌、跨膜以及糖基化磷脂酰肌醇锚定的旗语蛋白组成的轴突导向分子家族,通过与其受体Neuropilin和Plexin结合,在许多病理生理过程中发挥作用,包括神经生长、免疫反应、肿瘤转移、血管生成以及代谢性疾病等。近十年来,有关Semaphorin参与动脉粥样硬化机制的研究逐渐增多。本文主要介绍Semaphorin家族通过影响血管细胞、血液细胞、血管新生,参与动脉粥样硬化发生发展的研究进展。
Atherosclerosis is a chronic inflammatory vascular disease with complicated pathogenesis involving multiple cells and molecules.Semaphorin is a family of secreted,transmembrane,and GPI-anchored axon signaling proteins that play an important role in many pathophysiological processes by binding to their receptors neuropilin and plexin,such as nerve growth,immune response,tumor metastasis,angiogenesis,and metabolic disease.Studies on the cellular and molecular mechanisms of semaphorin in atherosclerosis have been progressed in the past decade.This article summarizes the research progress on the role of semaphorin in the development of atherosclerosis,focusing on how semaphorin affect vascular cells and blood cells,and regulate angiogenesis.
