反恐战术云:中心云在反恐战术边缘的延伸 被引量:1

摘要 为了应对在战术边缘环境中遂行反恐处突任务所面临的设备接入受限、动态连续决策能力弱、信息融合处理能力匮乏、指挥通信时延过大等问题,创新地设计了全层级服务体系,提出了反恐战术云概念,将中心云的服务能力下沉到战术边缘,以期为反恐战术边缘提供机动灵活的数据处理和连续决策能力,适应反恐部队对感知、协同、决策、时延、能耗方面的特殊需求。 In order to cope with the problems of limited equipment access,weak dynamic continuous decision-making capabilities,lack of information fusion processing capabilities,and excessive command and communication delays faced by the counter-terrorism mission in the tactical edge environment,we have designed the full-level service system innovatively and proposed the concept of counter-terrorism tactical cloud.The counter-terrorism tactical cloud sinks the service capabilities of the central cloud to the tactical edge,provides the mobile and flexible data processing and continuous decision-making capabilities for the counter-terrorism tactical edge,and adapts to the special needs of counter-terrorism forces in terms of perception,coordination,decision-making,delay,and energy consumption.
