摘要
针对武器装备作战试验鉴定指标多,结构复杂的特点,系统分析了作战试验重点环节和影响因素,构建了装备作战试验鉴定指标体系内容,通过综合运用层次分析法(AHP)和模糊综合评价法(Fuzzy)确定不同层级指标体系权重,并分层级进行多次模糊评价,得到最终的综合评价结果,为决策者建立评估武器装备试验指标体系提供了建设性的指导意见。
Aiming at the characteristics of many evaluation index systems for weapons and equipments operational test and its complex structure.The article systematically analyzes the operational test key link and the influencing factors,and defines the contents of the evaluation index systems of equipment operationtest.The combination of analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method(Fuzzy)is used to determine the weights for different hierarchy index system and carrys out the fuzzy evaluation on several levels to obtain the final comprehensive evaluation results.The article provides a constructive guidance idea for decision makers to establish the evaluation index system of weapon and equipment operational test.
